The Little Spunk!!

Kallie is 2 years old and so full of life! She loves to play with her older sisters and follow them everywhere!! She is very much a momma's girls, she loves to cuddle with me, but when daddy gets home she is his little shadow!
She loves to read stories, has to lick the center of the oreos and throw the cookie out, she entertains herself quite well!! We just love this girly so much!!

WOW!!! I can not believe that it is February already!!! Well i guess it is actually mid-February!!! We are still busy with dance, piano, school (well that is the girls anyway)! I am busy watching kids, taking care of my family, being the pto president and all of the other stuff that goes along with being a wife and mother!! Oh, the joys of being a mother!! Please bare with me, i am still a newbie to this blog thing!! So it is going to take some time to figure out what to blog about! If anyone has any pointers please help me!!

The Year 2009

WOW!!! It is hard to believe that the year is over already! We have had many ups and many downs this past year, but we managed to survive!!! My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of December!! She went through surgery, radiation and many treatments but managed through it all!! When she was getting close to being done with treatments she slipped and fell and ended up breaking her shoulder!! Poor Mom had just about had it!! She was able to finish her treatments after about 6 weeks of not being able to move her arm! She still does not have full use of it though! While she was going through her treatments, a very dear friend was diagnosed with lung cancer and started her treatments! Sometimes they were able to go with each other and be each others support system!! Her friend past away in October! I have had my own demons to fight with!! But i am not (at least trying not to) give into them!! I try to stay optimistic through it all!! That is not always easy though!! I have many dear friends that offer me that much needed support to get through this personal hell that i am in!! My kids and husband are my life preservers! Oh how i love them with all of my heart!
